This program was written for my master thesis. Its purpose is to visualize the simulation data produced by the Polymer Simulation program. It uses the J3D to model the polymer chains and JMF to export visualization to the external files (JPEG or MOV). More information could be found in the Readme file included in the downloads (Polish version only).
